Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate stock counts and maintain organized warehouse records.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring all labels and documentation are correct.
- Area Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with shift supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with a focus on weekend shifts.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
