What You Will Do:
As a Weekend Associate, you will be instrumental in ensuring our operations run smoothly from Friday evening through Sunday. Your role will be critical in maintaining our high standards of efficiency and safety.
Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely operate equipment to load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Assist in checking in stock, organizing inventory, and ensuring accurate stock levels.
- Quality Control: Perform detailed inspections of incoming and outgoing goods to ensure quality standards are met.
- Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times to comply with safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the weekday team and other weekend staff to meet operational goals.
- Customer Interaction: Provide friendly and professional service to clients and visitors on-site.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must possess a strong work ethic and be punctual for all scheduled shifts.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required to commute to the Detroit facility.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
