Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload trucks efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and label products according to customer orders.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine safety checks on warehouse equipment and report any issues immediately.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (we train the right people).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Driver's License: Valid Texas driver's license (for warehouse driving duties).
- Communication: Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent work history.
