Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products to and from the warehouse efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas.
- Picking & Packing: Select and pack orders for shipment with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other associates to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable attendance is required for weekend shifts.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand work instructions.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays as scheduled.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide training.
