Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment using various materials handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Operate powered industrial trucks (e.g., forklifts) and hand trucks to move materials.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits as directed by management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance.
- Relevant forklift certification is a plus but we provide training for qualified applicants.
