Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label merchandise for shipment to ensure accuracy and safety.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Organize inventory in the warehouse to maintain optimal workflow and reduce downtime.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately to the shift manager.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to all OSHA safety guidelines.
- Operate scanning equipment to verify shipments and update the warehouse management system.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse software.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- No prior experience required—we provide full training for motivated candidates.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
