Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping to locations across the US, including Pennsylvania.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and stock organization within the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets safety standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse housekeeping standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A consistent work history and punctual attitude are essential.
- Communication: Basic ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
