Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks, pallets, and shipments using forklifts or hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Sort, scan, and organize incoming and outgoing inventory with high accuracy.
- Packing & Labeling: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring all labels are correct and boxes are secure.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies to the shift supervisor.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe for all team members.
- Equipment Handling: Operate warehouse equipment (provided training available) to move stock efficiently.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided for the right candidate.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory tracking and order fulfillment.
- Communication: Basic ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory for this entry-level role.
