Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely to ensure timely distribution.
- Stock merchandise on shelves and organize warehouse storage areas.
- Perform regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues at the receiving dock.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required for entry-level roles.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new procedures quickly.
- Ability to stand for long periods and move around the warehouse actively.
