Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently process orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and organize warehouse storage areas.
- Loading & Unloading: Safely operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) to load trucks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to ensure a secure workplace.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets customer standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and coworkers to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday) as required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Documentation: Valid ID and ability to pass a background check.
