Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory with precision using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Load and unload freight safely, utilizing pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual handling equipment.
- Prepare pallets and packages for shipping, ensuring accurate labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory reconciliation and cycle counting procedures to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily performance goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
