As a Weekend Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly. We pride ourselves on our safe working environment and team-oriented culture.
Responsibilities
- Pack and Prepare Shipment: Efficiently pack, label, and prepare products for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, counting, and verifying incoming stock to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided) to move materials safely around the warehouse.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before processing to maintain high-quality standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep work areas organized, clean, and safe at all times in compliance with safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to resolve logistical issues quickly.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic with a history of punctuality and attendance.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
