Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipping to ensure accurate delivery.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and manage stock levels to minimize errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize daily workflows and productivity.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
