Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with speed and precision for weekend dispatch.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Quality Control: Conduct routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and workplace protocols at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide paid training for dedicated candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Valid Driver's License and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners or WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
