Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label products accurately for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks with speed and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate warehouse machinery (forklifts, scanners) following all safety protocols.
- Assist in organizing stockrooms and shelving units to optimize workflow.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding daily targets and issues.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic math and reading skills for scanning and labeling.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
