Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select and prepare customer orders for shipment using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock integrity.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain high accuracy standards.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team leads and fellow employees.
