Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy and speed.
- Perform inventory counts and stock organization to maintain optimal levels.
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and inventory tracking.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Indianapolis facility.
