Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Receiving: Inspect incoming shipments for damages and verify quantities against packing slips.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail setting is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and be available to work weekends.
