Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload freight trucks, ensuring cargo is secured for transport.
- Pick, pack, and label orders with high accuracy to meet daily shipping quotas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, in a safe manner.
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve workflow challenges quickly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
