Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Freight: Safely move products from trucks to storage areas using hand trucks and dollies.
- Inventory Management: Organize stock and ensure accurate placement of inventory within the warehouse.
- Order Fulfillment: Pack and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or errors.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and follow instructions and communicate with team members.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
