Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, sorting, and organizing incoming stock and materials.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and hand trucks.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other associates to meet daily productivity goals.
- Documentation: Accurately complete necessary paperwork and log time sheets.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling products and data.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to count, sort, and match items correctly.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Team Player: Willingness to work in a fast-paced team environment.
