Responsibilities
- Perform efficient packing, labeling, and shipping of merchandise to meet daily targets.
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and stock management using handheld scanners.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and within guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards).
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve daily operational issues.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends only (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Valid forklift certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain one.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
