Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Perform inventory counts and stock organization to maintain warehouse standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred but not required).
- Reliable transportation to and from the Indianapolis/Ohio facility.
- Flexibility to work Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
