Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining strict inventory control standards.
- Stock Organization: Receive and stock incoming shipments to ensure warehouse organization and efficiency.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Quality Assurance: Perform regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow employees to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Weekend Shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to focus on tasks and maintain accuracy in data entry and order fulfillment.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and punctual attendance record.
