Responsibilities
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to prevent workplace accidents.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock organization to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing freight for damages or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with handheld scanning devices.
