Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process customer orders with speed and precision to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required by certification.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep work areas organized, clean, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards and company protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets quality standards before shipment.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong track record of attendance and punctuality is essential.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday) and occasional overtime.
- Basic Skills: Good math skills and the ability to read and follow simple instructions and safety guidelines.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
