Responsibilities
- Efficiently load, unload, and stage inventory using forklifts and pallet jacks to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock checks and cycle counts.
- Ensure a safe and organized work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols.
- Package and label merchandise accurately to prevent damage during transit.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain cleanliness of the storage areas.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Chicago location.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes quickly.
