Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations during weekend shifts, ensuring all inventory is processed accurately and efficiently.
- Manage and supervise a small team of warehouse associates, fostering a culture of safety and productivity.
- Conduct thorough quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist in training new hires and providing feedback on performance.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred but not mandatory for top candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
