Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize CRM software and internal databases to track customer interactions and update account information.
- Accurately process orders, returns, and refunds according to company policies.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or upgrades.
- Document all interactions in the company’s ticketing system for future reference.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to call scripts.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must reside within the United States (Pennsylvania preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficient with computers and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed.
