Responsibilities

- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics regarding call volume and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- No prior customer service experience is required. We provide paid training for the right candidates.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace free of distractions.
- Basic computer skills (Windows or Mac OS) and proficiency with typing.
- Ability to type at least 35-40 WPM.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional telephone manner.
- Must reside in or be willing to work within the Milwaukee, WI or Illinois region.
