Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, technical, and product issues efficiently using CRM tools
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in Salesforce
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution times
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues
- Adhere to compliance protocols and data security standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote or call-center settings
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- High-speed internet and quiet home office environment
- Ability to work independently during night shift (10 PM - 6 AM CT)
- Type 40+ WPM with strong attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
