Responsibilities
- Handle Inquiries: Manage a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve customer issues regarding products, services, or billing promptly.
- Documentation: Accurately record all customer interactions, account changes, and resolutions within the CRM system.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our company's products and policies to provide accurate information.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and other departments to escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Quality Assurance: Meet and exceed all performance metrics regarding call quality, first call resolution, and average handle time.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM or 11 PM - 7 AM).
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Technology: Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) and a quiet workspace free of distractions.
- Skills: Strong typing speed (40+ WPM) and proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional telephone manner.
