Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of executing multi-year transformation initiatives

- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation methodologies (e.g., CFM, CPS)
- Exceptional analytical and predictive modeling capabilities
