- Lead scenario planning and risk assessment for 3-5 year horizons
- Partner with R&D to integrate futuristic innovations into product pipelines
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Drive innovation workshops to foster future-oriented thinking across teams

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategy, Technology, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or foresight roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and emerging digital economies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) preferred
