Responsibilities

- Partner with C-suite to align futuristic strategies with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and disruptive forces
- Build and manage an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Present compelling future scenarios to stakeholders and investors
- Drive R&D investments in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures
- Advanced degree in futurism, technology, or related field
- Experience with strategic planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP, PESTLE)
- Portfolio of published future forecasts or innovation case studies
