- Lead cross-functional workshops to challenge assumptions and foster disruptive thinking
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with cutting-edge research institutions
- Architect frameworks for ethical innovation and responsible technology adoption
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption vectors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research with proven impact
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementation
