- Facilitate cross-disciplinary workshops with C-suite executives to align future vision
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports published in Nature and Harvard Business Review
- Mentor emerging futurists through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through strategic partnerships with DARPA and NASA
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Innovation Management
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight with Fortune 100 organizations
- Published thought leadership on exponential technology adoption
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Proficiency in futures simulation tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Track record of scaling innovation programs from concept to $100M+ impact
- Fluency in futures literacy frameworks and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ future-ready products/services launched since 2020
