Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 5+ year horizon planning experience
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic AI)
- Track record of launching breakthrough products with measurable market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry whitepapers
