Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical IT infrastructure during weekend shifts
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for remote clients across Texas
- Execute scheduled system updates and security patches
- Document incident reports and resolution protocols
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handovers
- Conduct weekend system health checks and performance tuning
- Manage access control and security protocols for weekend operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of IT support or operations experience
- Proficiency with Windows Server and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network and hardware issues
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Texas residency required for on-call support
