- Mentor a team of quantum computing specialists and AI researchers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in AI/quantum R&D with 3+ years in strategic leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier AI/quantum conferences
- Expertise in quantum error correction, generative AI models, and ethical AI governance
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
