Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Architect innovation roadmaps for quantum computing integration, neural interfaces, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-proofing strategies into corporate DNA
- Establish global thought leadership through whitepapers, patents, and TED-style keynote presentations
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with ROI-focused prototyping and rapid validation cycles
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our 'Future Architects' development program
- Drive industry-wide initiatives via our Future Council coalition with Fortune 500 partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies (patents/portfolio required)
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI alignment)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals or top-tier business publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent professional credential
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to billion-dollar impact
- Fluency in at least two future forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
