- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to identify growth opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen products and services
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Build and mentor an innovation pipeline team of 5-7 specialists

Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies or services
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in AI, biotechnology, or sustainable tech domains
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS, or PhD preferred)
