Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and publish strategic foresight frameworks guiding R&D priorities and product roadmaps
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Present future scenarios to investors, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Build and mentor a cross-functional team of futurists and innovation analysts
- Establish KPIs for tracking emerging trend adoption and market readiness
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with exposure to tech, biotech, or climate sectors
- Proven track record translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning software)
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal trends
- Experience scaling innovation programs within enterprise environments
