Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technological trends, market disruptions, and societal shifts impacting 2026-2030 horizons
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) into business ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align long-term vision with near-term execution
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Deliver thought leadership through whitepapers, keynotes, and executive workshops
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching exponential technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains (AI ethics, climate tech, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Portfolio of published futurism work or implemented strategic innovations
- Ability to distill complex concepts into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders
