Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership and board members
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable technologies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, keynote presentations, and industry panels
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking and adaptive strategy methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, blockchain, quantum computing, biotech
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into actionable insights
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futures projects with measurable business impact
