Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities for 2026+
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions and validate market readiness
- Deliver executive briefings on technological disruption scenarios and strategic pivots
- Establish cross-functional labs to accelerate moonshot projects
- Author thought leadership on exponential technologies and future-proofing enterprises
- Build and lead a global network of futurists and innovation catalysts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leader in innovation/futurism publications
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 environments
