Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural shifts to identify 2026 market opportunities and threats
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps and business strategies
- Produce annual 'Horizon 2026' trend reports with 85%+ predictive accuracy
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary 'Foresight Matrix' methodology
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or trend analysis with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic plans
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and predictive modeling
