Responsibilities
- Forecast technological and societal trends through 2026 using advanced data modeling and scenario planning
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable biotech
- Lead 'Future Labs' workshops to ideate and prototype solutions for 2026 challenges
- Partner with R&D to translate futuristic concepts into market-ready initiatives
- Produce horizon-scanning reports on disruptive technologies and their industry impacts
- Advise executive leadership on future-proofing organizational structures and capabilities
- Establish global networks with futurists, academics, and policy influencers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, technology forecasting, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neural interfaces
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to synthesize complex global trends
- Published thought leadership on future scenarios or technology ethics
- Experience facilitating executive workshops on transformational change
