Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional 'Horizon Labs' to prototype emerging technologies (quantum, bio-digital interfaces, AGI)
- Translate futuristic concepts into actionable business cases with ROI projections
- Advose executive leadership on disruptive market shifts and competitive positioning
- Build and manage an external ecosystem of futurists, academics, and startup pioneers
- Author quarterly 'Future State' reports for board stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Proven expertise in futures methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, SWOT 2.0)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Track record of launching breakthrough products/services with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
