- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders to prepare for future business uncertainties
- Design and launch pilot programs for emerging technologies (e.g., neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Mentor a team of futurists and data scientists to drive cutting-edge research initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of launching at least three transformative technologies or business models
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum) and their societal implications
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Shell Foresight, WFS) or equivalent experience
